My father is an American citizen who lives in both sweden and the united states(Dual citizenship).
He does not have a job so we will use my u.s citizen uncle's(His brother) income to sponsor me (Joint sponsorship) My question is what would happen if my father would move to sweden permanently because of a job offer or whatnot while being my sponsor? Could he get arrested or fined if he moved abroad permanently? He does not own a house or apartment in the u.s, while there he lives with his brother that's where he is listed in the u.s. Also, can a u.s citizen sponsor have domicile in 2 countries? Last edited by samkre; Sep 7th, 2009 at 05:37 PM. |
