its my kids rite to live with their mam and dad

am still having pending i 130 my kids have the american citizen they were born abroad and my husband is american citizen still waiting the approval number for my case.. so we can live togather,,then he applied for the i 129 and still pending,,its about two years and half we didnt see each other,,my son saw his father just one time when he was 4 months then i have my daghter and she is now year and half she didnt see her father too..we live like seperated family,,am living in my parents home,,me and kids have no home yet. idnt know what to do i feel veru sorry for my kids..my husband cant leave his new job there in america.. i dnt know what to do ,,can i go to embassy to have a non immigrant visa so i can go with my kids to my husband??please help me and help my kids. its their right to live as all the kids in the world ,,normally with their parents.
