I-130 approved. I-485 denied
my daughter who is a citizen of usa applied for permanent residence of parents. her I-130 was approved.
now we learn that I-485 has been denied for parents. we have not seen the denial letter. pl advise on 1 what needs to be done now 2 when should parents leave usa so as not to be illegals. 3 parents came here on parole as they left for INDIA as matter was pending cis for decision 4 visitors visa which was issued for 10 years, is there any change in that r |
