Can I be deported because my husband is on probation?

I need to have som questions answered.

My husband and I got married in a place we were not supposed to get married. Will his probation officer find out when I file for a green card of they will have nothing to do with his PO?

Also, can I be deported because my husband is on probation? And what happens then?
When can I come back and stay forever?

Sorry to learn of your circumstances. Your post raises two primary areas of concern. First, the government may investigate whether your marriage was a "sham". I am not by any means saying it is -- I mention this only because you stated something about an irregularity in where you were married. Secondly, the issue of the criminal ramifications may obviously be a key factor. Honestly, this is not a situation where you can get by without legal counsel. You need to speak with an immigration attorney as soon as possible. You can get a referral to such a lawyer in your area by going to the WLD main page and contacting them. Hope all works out for you.
