Can I sponsor my father?

Indiana::

My father was recently deported about 8 months ago. He is not legal in the US. He would like to obtain citizenship and re-enter the US as soon as possible. I am 16 and I was born here in the United States and wondering if it is possible for me to sponsor my father. My siblings and I are in terrible need of him here. If not possible, are there any other ways to go about doing this?

Sorry about the situation. At your age and circumstances, you would need to find someone else in the family with the financial resources to sponsor your father. I believe WLD has lawyers who can help with this type of thing. You could go to their main page and seek some help. You really do need an attorney for this. Hope it works out. AJJ
