child status protection act
i am from the manila, philippines.
hi, i am lisa.. my uncle is a US citizen, and he petitioned for my father. this petition was submiteed way back april 30 1986 and was initiated only last jan 2009...my application was refused because i aged out. my birthday is july 18, 1987. i am now 21. but i would like to know if i am still eligible for the child status protection act...if anyone can help me. i would truly be grateful.thank you so much. |
