Default I- 130

hi
I am a greencard holder. I applied an I 130 for my husband .recently i received a letter from uscis asking for orginals of our marriage in regional language, but the document we submitted was in english that wasn't a translation.tha marriage certificate we submitted was in english.uscis asked to submitt a copy of orginal marriage certificate in regional language, but there none existed like that.how can we prove it.any advice

Have the agency that issued the cert. give a statement about why it is in English.
