Do I have to sponsor my wife for a visa?
Here is my problem. I married a woman and she has been abusive since the marriage. I have not sponsored her to go to America because of this. I would prefer not to help her or sponsor her for a spousal visa. My question is do I have to sponsor her? She has threatened my life several time.
