My father got gc in 2001 later in jul 2001 he filed case for me as i was over 21 at that time. Later he was died in 2003.
In 2006 i got the approval...now what will happen to my file ..? Does it still valid..? My mother still have a valid gc. |

Normally the petition dies with the sponsor. If you stay single, your mother, as a lawful permanent resident, can file a new I-130 petition you (category 2B.). Do it now because it is first come first serve.
