can i apply for my birth parent

what i can do to bring my birth parent to usa i was adopted when i was 15 but never life with my adoptive parents i came to usa when i was 20
i got married i have my citizen for my husband
i read in I-130 aplication that i cant apply for my birth(natural) parents
if i gain my citizen thru my adoption. where i can find my rigths

Call USCIS, 1 800 375 5283. The law states once you are legally adopted, you can never petition birth parents. Even the instructions to the I-130 form say that. If you did not live with the adopted parents, the adoption might not be finalized, but you have no legal relationship with your birth parents if you were legally adopted, and therefor no legal basis to file a family petition. I don't think the U.S. code has an exception for one who did not live with adoptive parents. A lawyer might be able to assist in your complicated matter. The USCIS might not be able to approve a family petition if your citizenship was acquired through adopted parents. If you have a legitimate business with legitimate jobs for them, at U.S. wages, you can file an employment petition for your parents.
