new jersey...i and my wife are indian. My wife along with my daughter went to new jersey on tourist visa ......to her brother who is an indian working there on working visa. I am in india and my wife over there is trying to take some exam, that helps her....... to change her and my daughter visa in work visa ....She is doing all this without my consent and is trying not to come back.....and start working there....I request u to please suggest me the right way and the authority where I can complain regarding my problem, so that authority can stop her from converting my doughters visa from tourist to work visa, since she is doing it without my consent. Please help me out .....as I am very much upset from the day .....i got to know of her intentions
