My fiance is in the US illegally, and currently serving jail time for a DUI
(class 4 felony I believe). He gets out in August and will be deported more than likely. Is there anything that can be done to waive the deportation, or to help him apply for a visa later on? I don't know if this makes a difference, but we have 2 children together. Any help would be great!!! |

It will not be easy frankly.
You may want to have skilled, reputable immigration counsel review the entire file closely and see if it merits filing for a special exception. |
