I was under removal proceedings i opted volantary to leave. Its been over a year now. I have a US citizen son and my husband is US citizen too. I worked many years for an financial institution and paid all my taxes. I was under removal proceedings because i married to a relative to get permanent residency and at tht time my boyfriend was not US citizen. My relative just helped both of us but at the time of the interview they objected on our marriage and adjustment of status was denied and i was under removal proceedings.
I opted voluntary leave after tht divorce was granted my boyfriend came to my country we got married although i have a son before we got married who is US citizen too. Can i reapply alien petition will it be accepted? what difficulties i may face?? I am under emotional and financila stress and hardship after getting apart. My husband is a Federal employee. We live are life long distance my son is with me he is facing the same hardship. Someone please guide me. |

You can try yes but make sure you have legal counsel involved. You will need good effective advocates to make your case.
