VIsa for brother
I wanted to know if I can file in parallel I 130 visa with my brother's employers H1b visa. Which one will be faster . My concern really is whether I should wait for his employer to file H1b visa or should I file I130 regardless of his employer who may file H1 B visa for him. Can the both visa be filed together in parallel for the same person? He is already in US on a L1 visa working for a company.
