my fiance has got an E31 (EB3)visa and travelled to the US.during his interview he did not inform the officer about his intention to get married. today he recieved the action notice: welcome letter from the homeland security. we have been informed that if I travel to the US on a tourist visa and get married with him within 90 days as of today,I shall be entitled to receive teh green card within 6 months in order to join him and live with him in the US. is this information accurate?
