Default Protective Orders

I had sued my parents for for not repaying money that I had loaned them, stealing my house hold items and several other things. I was an abused child and that is a long story. I have now dismissed my case due to lake of funds to continue the fight. They have protective orders against me that they LIED to get. Anway I want my BROTHER to know the facts and I want to mail him all of the photos, emails etc.. from my case. I will ask him not to share these with other family members. Would this be considered INDIRECT CONTACT by me on my parents? Can I get into trouble if I mail the entire file to my BROTHER?

This is in Indiana.

I appreciate any help.

Joyce

Is your brother a minor?
Is your brother mentioned in the protective order?
Is your brother living with your parents?

If the answer to those are all "no" then it would not be considered indirect contact.
However, if any of those questions can be answered "yes" then it would likely be considered indirect contact.
