now. My son is 20 years old and in his second year of college. His

payed half for his first 6 months of college and stopped. He has been
paying for his medical insurance for the past 10 years and stopped last

year.
1) Is is father responsible for paying half of his tuition until my
son is
finished college?
2) Is his father responsible for keeping him on his medical plan until
he
is out of college?

First- what does your court order state regarding college support and medical insurance?

Second, what state is the court order in?
