Default She Sold The Engagement Ring ! what can I do?

I have a good general understanding of how California rules on the issue of an engegement ring when the two parties are not going to get married...etc.
However, in my case, she has sold the ring. Can I be awarded the value of the ring and can she be forced to pay me for it?

Yes you can sue her in small claims or other court if need be.
