Am I legally allowed to move back into my marital home if no one is living in it? My husband and I are not legally separated, but he does not want me there. Our home is in West Virgina, USA

If there are no legal papers, such as a court order requiring you to stay away- Yes, you can legally move back into YOUR home. |
