Good day!!
I need free Legal Advice from Lawyers here in the Philippines. I'm a father of three kids.I just want to know how my eldest daughter can use my surname?Because she was born Year 2003 and not covered of recent Law that every child born in 2004 will be automatically can use his/her Father's Surname. What can I do to be able her to use my Surname?She is Five years old now and she is ready to go to school...I want to her to use my Surname when she enter to school.. Thank you. |

Hi there!
Well, I am not an Attorney, but just a concern citizen, since I want my daughter to use her father's surname. I have ask our registrar's office and they told me to have an Affidavit of Using a Father's Surname and have it notarized... Well, i hope at least i was a help... |
