My Son
I've pursued a paternity test with my ex for over 11 years. I've always
wanted to know if I was the father of her son, and if so to be a part of his life. She finally granted me that test in May 2007, which I paid for. The test results proved I am indeed the father of our child. (He is now 11.) I immediately began trying to build a relationship with my son; introducing him to my friends and family and immediately loved finally being able to speak with and spend time with him. A few short weeks later she disappeared again. Word is she reunited with her husband who told her never to speak with me or let me see my son again. During our last communication she said I was merely a sperm donor. Neither I nor my family has heard from her since. What rights do I have? Last edited by vpiccard : Feb 5th, 2008 at 02:20 AM. |

You can file in court and get visitation ordered.
If she then fails to comply she can be sanctioned and even jailed if need be! |
