Ok this is it. I am desperate and have looked many places for answers. I am 24 years old turning 25 in April. I have 4 children whom I love very much. I have been trying to have the most active role I can with all my children. CAS is claiming that I am mentally unstable and say that if I am near my children that they will take them all away! I was in CAS care as a youth and believe thats all they are basing this on. I am not going to walk out of my kids life. CAS has been doing this to me for 3 years! I want to be a father to my children, besides getting a lawyer what can I do to blow them outta the water? I AM DESPERATE!

You could have experts testify that you are indeed sound. You may want to consider working with some expert or local counselors etc.

If you get them on your side it will help--maybe to even avoid court.

my ex repoted to me that my 3 yr old daughter was having a bath..my ex witnessed her touching herself ...my ex was shocked she said and began to tell grace that those are not good touches ..when she says. that my daughter told her that she learned it from me...this is absolutly false!mnever ever..so i went directly to he police and was interiewed they in a joint investigation with the cas investigated and interviewed my daughter my daughter was also examined by a physician who found no signs of abuse ....the police did not want me charged and the cas closed the case.
My ex still refused me access saying she wanted me to go to port huron for a polygraph test.
I researched this idea discovering thy r not admissable in court for good reason..so i declined.
this began sept 8 06.....i was refused access to my daughter fo about 5 mths until i was instructed to sekk supervised visits for 8 hrs/wk divided into a sat and wed. so i could just see her which seemed extremely unfair...then my ex went to cas in feb and told them that i was a drug user and a drunk and that my daughter still says the same thing she first said but there is alot more being said now....I had my daughter evey weekend and 1 night throught the week...paid 320/mth never late.my daughter has her own dora everything room withall kinds of great toys and music stuff.
me and my daughter are very close and i can only imagine how many times
she had asked " wheres dad" and reported to us and cas that i was far far away cause i touched her vagina...this is the same answer that my daughter would ask mom....wheres dad? reply to my daughter! far far away cause he touched your vagina....since all of this my daughter is now 5 and has been telling her mom that she was just 3 and she made a mistake ..she also sang many songs on the computer..that mom think that dad touched her vagina but he didnt. that its a mistake..my daughter also reports that she told mom the truth but mom didnt trust her...she was very upset that mom didnt believe her...that dad didnt touch her privates. when childres aid was called by mom 2nd time i had only seen my daughter once supervied for x-mass hollidays then no more tillall of a sudden my ex fired her lawer..went cas gave the worst horror story she could muster up stressing that i was goin for unsupervised access that she won sole custody/false...my lawer told me it was a 99% loose and a waste of 250/hr. i followed his direction allowing rachel to assume custody with no ability to change my daughters name!
when cas came this worker english second language...asked my daughter WHERES YOUR DAD?? her anser the same as the one she recieved.....MY DAD IS FAR FAR AWAY CAUSE HE TOUCHED MY VAGINA....which some how became consistent disclosure to them...completly missing what my daughter
told her. this was not a accusation this was the very same answer mommy gave her! from that time forward cas recommended supervised access which was some how allowed by the court and continues..me and my family continue to fight for my poor daughter who is trying to fix things herself and feeling all the pressure with no success..we have ordered that an assessement be done on the whole situation....my daughter told us that her mom thinks were tryin to get her in trouble so we can see her again and sleep over...grace then said she dosent want mom or me in trouble she just wants to fix everything so she can be with her dad all by herself like before!
my ex and her new boyfriend are very rude to my daughts father ,nan, and dad new girlfriend...they have made up lies..and i fear that she knows this never happened and is just trying te use this to push me and my family out..my daughter has non even slept at my mom...her nanas in a year/half
we dont know what to do can anybody help save my daughter family from being destroyed by this false accusation that my daughter now says never happend she feels responsible for all this trouble and says she made a mistake..that mom wont let her take bak....HELP PLEASE
