HELP My step Daughter is our of control

I have been raising my 17 yeaR OLD STEP DAUGHTER FOR SOME TIME NOW. tHE COURTS FOUND HER NOT BEING TAKEN CARE OF AT 12 AND ORDERED CUSTODY IN OHIO to her father. SHE Has been horrible. she has slept and been caught with 15 guys, ran away beacuse she was caught in school with a guy. She skipped school, we put her in a specail school, she left there, last year I home schooled her. This year she refused to go and the home school signed the age waiver for her to get her GED and now she refuses. She has been dating boyfriend number 21 for three weeks is now engaged having sex. We caught her smoking pot. She wont come home on time. she gets in our face cusses at us and lies. She yells at me and told her dad she was moving out while he was at work. SHE DID! She turns 18 on FEB 19. We know where she is and she is safe. We have called the police about her a few times, and she gets yelled at by them promises to be better and then all over again. Can we let her stay where she is since its so close to her being 18? She has ruined her brothers life, her own and is working on ours. Please help.

Where is she staying now?

If it is a safe place, you could just allow her to stay there. To protect yourselves though you should go ahead and report her as a runaway. Alot of times when a child is almost 18 the police will refuse to bring the child home, but it will be on record that a report was filed.
