If a co-owned computer (divorcing husand and wife, but husband's business-owned computer) is hacked by a third party to gain info used for
blackmail/extortion in a family law suit (divorce) - what are my rights and remedies? I am the "other woman". How do I get the disk / papers back (locked in bank vault of soon to be ex-mother in law)? Thank you for your time. |

You are not a party to the suit, so there's nothing you can do. It will be up to your still married BF to find a way to get the info back from his soon to be ex mother in law. |
