Default Ms.

I have a legal problem to solve and am not quite sure how to go about it. My brother in England was left our family home. Our Mother wrote her will to leave the house to my brother, but she told me in approx. 1992 that she left it to my brother and he could then arrange to share financially with me after the house was sold. However, now the house is sold he is pocketing the proceeds. What can I do. He has offered me chicken feed compared to what he is getting.

Default Re: Ms.

She needs to have put that in the will.

The will is what governs.

Maybe your brother will do the moral thing if you ask-- but the will governs unfortunately.
