Default generally supervised in third party home

mother has visitation with child law judge ordered generally supervised
at
grandmothers house.. What does this mean.. Can she take the child out
visiting, grocery shopping get some thing to eat with out the third
party..

Usually that means just what it says-- at the house.

Or at least the grandmother should be with them if they go to the store or out.
