Filing a slander suit against my boyfriends son to be ex

My boyfriend is going though a divorce with a nasty nasty woman who thinks only of herself. She has slandered me and defamed me and wont let her 10 yr old son be around me because I told him he had a back pack and not an overnight bag like his mother said it was. She has told him negative things about me that he has no reason hearing. She contstantly tries to turn him against me and his father. We cant even get him for xmas. I have to leave my own house if my boyfriend wants him to come over to open his presents. And the judge keeps letting this happen. No one has ever met me, heard my side or anything and they keep letting this happen. They wont let him be around me but its ok that she got arrested for prostitution and having an escort service. And the kicker is that she filed for divorce. She just keeps making it harder and harder. She actually showed her son the court papers. The judge ordered them both not to talk about the divorce show him anything or discuss anything and she continues to do it and get away with it.And of course the judge is a woman. I want to know if anyone knows if I can file a slander suit against her? She is slandering me and making it so his son cant be near me for no reason. I work all day. She does not work. She quit her job , then decided after 20 yrs she needed a hysterectomy and got the dr to keep her out of work for 5 months and my boyfriend has to pay her bills until she gets a job. I have raised 3 children who are now adults. I have a 4 month old grandson. I work and go home. I need some help to stop the person. This si not right and its not fair.

If someone publicly says or writes anything factually untrue and it damages you, you indeed can sue for slander, libel, defamation, interference with business relations etc. -- or at least threaten to do so and give a warning.

Angel, I'm sorry you are going through such a terrible time. I seem to be in a very similar boat. The ex we are doing battle with has accused us of beastiality!! Alarmingly and almost unbelievably we learned from our now hired dectective that this is not uncommon at all. He didn't even blink and eye when we told him our sordid blackmail/extortion/venomous rage story. He reiterated that some (not all of course) women use pet ownership in the same way that some vicious ex's use children and allege abuse, etc.

The whole process is toxic.

Unregistered. Oh my god. Beatiality. What a sick person. People are just amazing.Hi ex cheated on him for 11 yrs and she does not love him and hasnt loved him in 11 yrs or more and she is doing everything she can to try to make him miserable. She even has his drug addict convicted felon brother living with her and he specificaly said to his lawyer he didnt want him near his son. And she is hiding it. And she has her son lie and keep secrets from his father and the sad thing is is that the kid does it for her. I cant wait until this is over

I also wanted to see if anyone knows if my boyfriend will have to pay his ex's cobra costs after the divorce. She is asking that he pay the insurance for 2 yrs after they are divorced. And the cost is $467.00 a month. He does not want to pay for it and he is telling them he isnt going to agree to that. She also wants $250.00 a week in alimony and she gets $169.00 in child support.
