My wife is an alcoholic and recently lost her job because of it. She and our daughter(16) have a volitale relationship including what I feel is emotional and verbal abuse. I would like to force my wife to move out of the home which we own and keep custody of our daughter. If our daughter and I were to move out my wife has no means to make the payments anyway. My wife insists that she will not move. Financially we are in terrible shape due pretty much to the reasons stated above so for my daughter and me to move is an extreme burden which will probably result in our home being foreclosed. I believe that with just our daughter and me in the home we can get by.
Please advise, thank you |

You could plan to do so and if she does not agree, you may get a court to order it.
From what you say, it sounds as if a court would agree to what you propose. |
