I filed a TRO and injuction restraining order to get an exgirlfriend removed
from my property because she was no longer welcome and did not pay any rent or utilities. She then files a retaliatory TRO and injuction with no allegation of abuse, trespass, injury, etc. Unexpectedly it was granted. The injunction hearing was held today and she submitted e-mails from herself to another person and told the court commissioner that I sent them. The court never let me see the alleged e-mails. The court commissioner ruled against me and applied and injuction upon me and dismissed the injunction against her. The last motion I made was to strike all of her testimony and her submitted evidence since she had not been sworn in. I was the only one swown in. The court overruled my motion and then asked her if everything she said was true. Is there anything I can do? |

File an appeal. You were supposed to have been able to view the evidence, you were not allowed to do that and that can be the basis for an appeal. |
