Exclamation De Novo review needed?

I filed a TRO and injuction restraining order to get an exgirlfriend removed
from my property because she was no longer welcome and did not pay any rent or utilities. She then files a retaliatory TRO and injuction with no
allegation of abuse, trespass, injury, etc. Unexpectedly it was granted.
The injunction hearing was held today and she submitted e-mails from herself
to another person and told the court commissioner that I sent them. The
court never let me see the alleged e-mails. The court commissioner ruled
against me and applied and injuction upon me and dismissed the injunction
against her. The last motion I made was to strike all of her testimony and
her submitted evidence since she had not been sworn in. I was the only one
swown in. The court overruled my motion and then asked her if everything
she said was true. Is there anything I can do?

File an appeal. You were supposed to have been able to view the evidence, you were not allowed to do that and that can be the basis for an appeal.
