I want to know what I can do about obtaining contact with my child's father again we are both convicted felons and it was ruled that we aren't to have any contact for the duration of our probation which is 4 years and I don't want my son to be without his father for that long!!

Is there a court order for visitation? If there is, first you should speak to your PO about the order and how to arrange visitation within the limits of the probation. If there isn't a visitation order, still speak to your PO and let them know that you will be filing for a visitation order. The court can set an order that will allow for the probabtion restrictions. |
