My son in law has been living with someone elses and filed for a divorce

My daughter has had a auto accident and is sufering from tramatic brain injury 7/2007. Her husband filed for divocre however it never got filed through the courts. He is considered the "Responsability Party" in the sate of TN. He is not making the best medical decisions for my daughter nor is involved with he recovery. He does not provide any financila needs she needs towards her health or personal needs. To prevent me from being able to file for conservorship he has false alligations made towards me and the facility inforces restricited supervised visitation. He is the one who had a order of protection filed in March 2007 but my daughter was afraid to show up in court and that made the order void. My daughter was forced to apply for state assistance and child support. Child Support citation was never issued due to lack of address. She is being taken care of by the state and has this state coverage because her estrsanged husband refused to suuport her and their 2 children. Now he is able to make all her medical decisions using the states coverage that she was eligable for due to "his" lack of resposability? How fair is that to my daughter, tax payers, my daughter is at his mercy without meantally knowing it or having controll of her life. However the state of TN will give her benifits because he won't support her and the boys and also the state of TN will give him the right to use those benifits and not apply them to her best medical intrest. He will not communicate with me concerning my daughter and the law will not allow me to help her because of my estrandged son in was rights stilled married to my daughter and has been living with another woman since they seperated. This has caused me a great deal of stress and tormil since my daughters acident. As long as I am unable to get the fasle one of my son in law family memebers have falsedly accused me of having a history of cleared up of Munchusen Syndrome by Proxy; I can't find an atorney who is willing to help me. . How can the facility treat me so crule? I have to call be for arriving and she is ironicaly just giving pain and medication my visits consits of her slleeping or the request I leave because she is resting. If I go to the court for a third conservitory and the State steps in then I could possiable loose my daughter completely. My estranged son in law in treating my daughter and I in human. The facility is aware of the domestic dynamics this situation has caused but has no concern. I am also not allowed visitation rights with my grandchildren. I don't know where to turn my daughter is regressing instead of progressing and he actions towards me are as if I have abandon her too like her astranged husband. She cried and asks me to get her out and take her home. Some visits she says nothihg at all or shows anger and trys to communicate where have you been? I have been ordered ot leave in front of my daughter in a very unprofessional way. By the GRACE OF GOD I have done nothing! I am a christian who has never been arrested, treated for a viloient crime or behavior my a medical physician. I have recently had a 3 day old crack infant in my home until he was 15 months and I perodically care for a 92 elderly woman outside my home. I have been called namesmy the staff, the nurses patient manager brings her dog to work and it runs he floor unsupervised in and out of the patients rooms unsupervised but I am not allowed on the floor with out a security guard? How can my estrange son in law make my daughter decsions when they have been seperated before the accident and has been living with another woman. How can he continue to keep me from my daughter and my grandchildrem?

You may need to file in court and have a judge hear all that is going on.

A judge could order some changes if your points are accepted by the judge.

I have contacted the courts to try and find out what court, county, where my daughter is now or where she resided at the time of her accident ect I haven't found anyone in civil, or probate court who can tell me how or what to file against my son in law. I eventually will go to juviniel court for grandparents rights. By law in the stat of TN because my daughter gave birth to both children before marriage (5yrs) even with their father on the birth certificate my daughter is still the sole custodial parent. She has not lost her parental rights to her children because she has a brain injury. He has to file for custody and show DNA. I'm not sure how that works because until he proves DNA custody won't be given. DNA can't be done on a minor without custodial parents concent. She has not be declared incompedent by a court, judge, best of my knowledge by a MD only a nurse practicioner has been spoken of. Nevertheless the pacticioner has agreed to help in court to prevent me from getting conservitor ship stating I have symptons of Munchusen Syndrome by proxy. There is nothing that states that in my medical records nor have I Ever been medically/meantally treated for violent behavior,or ever anything ever simulair nor ever been arrested in my life. CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT GOUNDS AND WHAT COURT I NEED TO FILE MY COMPLAINT IN on my son in law. Adult protective services won't help for neglect I provide for her except I'm unable to give her 100% My full attention due to supervised visitation. I don not follow under the facillities zero tolerance policey either. However they refuse to allow my visitis be unsupervised or he will have to place her in another facility. Which would be a gift from God. My son in law told the facility of my knowledge of the articles on the internet less barely less than 9 before he admitted her to the facillity. Theu were rated poorly and the articles were awful! It is a convient location for him should he have to go there for any reason and of corse it wasn't the only facility in her insurance network. However the only facility he would ever consider.
