I have been living with a married man(he has been separated for at least 30 years) for 3 years. If he dies before I do, do I have any legal rights for anything?

What state or country are you in? Typically you won't have any rights even in jurisdictions that have common law statutes simply because your BF is still married. The best thing you can do is to get a consult with an attorney in your area. |
