Angry parents stepping over boundries

hello i was wondering if it is legal for my sons freinds parents to take my son to the doctor without my authority or me even knowing?. And getting information on my son from my sons doctor . aswell as me and a social worker and youth and family worker were at my house gave me there personall cell phone and had me call these people and request no spending nights on weekdays period and with permission on weekends they never call and its still ongoing so what should i do.

No--they cannot do that. Tell the doctor you will file a complaint if it happens again.

thank you very much for your reply , on my post. I have a problem with lawyers i live in a small town where everybodys connected with each other and lawyers and doctors protect each other . by the way i live in bc canada . can anybody help me out with a good lawyer in bc , would be appreciated

HELL NO!!! This is YOUR child!! Let's start w/ privacy invasion, dr. & patient priviledge (which you are considered the 'patient' bc ur child is underage), um....just plain out putting their nose somewhere it doesn't belong. YOU should NEVER allow these ppl to have your child in their house again. I would NOT!! EVER!!

Although it may upset your son, there should be no more visits. Not w/ their child at your house either. Also; there should be a very SERIOUS call or STOP BY your dr. and threaten them w/a lawsuit if they allow ANYONE but yourself to bring your child in. That is illegal and as long as you've said it; they shouldn't do it. So...have a great day. Good luck. You can also wiki search (the upper left corner that says "wiki link"...)
