I NEED HELP ASAP!!!
What age do you have to be in Texas to move out of your parent's house and they can't bring you back? And does it matter who you go with or can they file kidnapping charges against whoever you live with?

Definitely 18. But there is such a thing as emancipation, but that's only certain conditions. http://www.legalhelpinntx.com/law_of...e-parents.html
Lots of my students have emancipation from their parents, but they are more responsible than them. |
