Unhappy Desparelty seeking help

My problem is that my ex-wife will not let me see my daughter and she will not accept any of the phone calls so that I can keep in touch with her. We have two children and I currently pay childsupport for both children, but my son has been living with me for a year now. I tried to get the attorney general to change the orders for child support but they tell me they can not do that. My ex-wife was also ordered our house and a rainbow vacuum cleaner in the divorce, she has refused to pay on any of these and now the house is going to be foreclosed and a lawsuit is going to be filed against me for the vacuum, because both of these were under my name.

I need to know what steps I can take to get visitations of my daughter and to make her responsible for the house and the vacuum.

Was the custody order modified when your son came to live with you? If not, that's your first step, file for a modification of custody AND child support.

Do you have an order for visistation? If so, you can file to enforce the order. If you don't have a visitation order you should file for one right away.

Was your ex ordered to PAY for the house and vacuum? If so, you can also file to enforce that part.
