Default question

hi my name is dawn,
i have a question for you about a horse.
I have my cousins qh on my property hes been here for about 6months and the verbal agreement was she was going to do work around my house to work off board, etc. she did really well at the verbal agreement at first. But now shes only been over to my house to work off or even to see the horse only a few times in the last 3 months. I haven't seen her for all most 30 days. I have been the one taking care of the horse and paying for its well being. My question is can i claim this horse as mine without getting in to trouble(by law). thanks for your time dawn

No you cannot, but you can sue in small claims for any and all costs damages that you incurred.
