He did not divorce his first wife

It is second marriage for both of us. We are Canadian citizens with home country BG. We met in Toronto in 02.01.2000 and get married on 23.07.2003.When we visit BG in 04.2006 I did find he is still married to his first wife but he did show to me and presented to the Canadian Authorities bogus divorce paper in 2003. I was in shock, my family to and since then I live in BG. He is in Toronto. In may 2007, his lawyer in BG showed to me that he did divorce his first wife and now by BG Family Law he is married to me and it is OK. I do not want to accept this and I am looking forward to get divorce, or cansel this marriage under Canadian Family Law. What is your opinion? What I have to do ? I even can not pay with my BG Master card for your advise and I am using the forum ! I would like to make him responsible for his acts and somehow to protect another women to get hurt as me. Is it possible and how to do it?

You can formally have it annulled yes. The marriage was not legitimate when you two married.
