Angry Please someone help? harassment?

My fiance and I started dating at the end of March, 2006. Right before we started dating, he ended a relationship with a girl he knew for a few weeks. Two days ago, 9/10/2007 - she started calling again, and is now claiming to have had his child. Nobody believes it is his, including him, but SHE is telling US not to contact HER. I need to know what we should do to aquire a paternity test? She already had another man sign the birth certificate and this "child" is 7 months old now. The problem is, she is harassing his mother, and me, but will not give him any way to contact her. What do we do?

WE dont do anything. this is your fiance's situation to deal with. he can request a dna test.and if the child is his, he can file for custody/visitation you have no rights in this matter or say, this is not your child.
