My fiance is incarcerated and his lawyer was supposed to file for his judicial release but when i spoke with him he told me that he wasnt going to file because he spoke with the judge and she said she was going to deny it. Is that legal? How should I go about getting his judicial release?

He should file anyway and get it all on record--that is an odd thing for the lawyer to say and do.
