Minor name change
My son's biological father has agreed to let me change his last name to my married name. My son was born in VA, but we now reside in SC. My question is how do I go about changing his name? and where would I have to?

You'll need to file a petition for a name change in the SC court where you live. Since the father agrees to the change it should be easy. You can ask your court clerk where you can find the forms. |
