Red Face He told me to get out and now he wants me to pay

Back in May 07 he(we) purchased a new home and before we made the first payment he told me I had 30 days to get out. Well I stop paying all the things I was paying. Now he's wanting me to pay the utilities. Well I paid part of the phone and paid the light bill (past due not current). Well during the time we lived together and suppose to be get married I ordered some things from ABC Distributing and I use part of his company's name(LA Express). Now he's mad and wants to sue me for that. The name of his company is L A Express LLC. I did not use his tax id no#. Do you have any legal grounds to sue me?

It sounds more like a domestic dispute but if you forged a signature etc. that could be a bit of a problem.

If you are no longer living in the home, why are you paying for any of the utilities there? Are they in your name? If so, call the utility company and tell them you have moved out. They will shut them off and he can turn them on in his own name. Why pay utilities at a place you don't live?

As for the items you ordered, did you forge the company signature? Did you pay for the items yourself or charge them to the business? If you paid for them, he may not be able to do much, since his business didn't suffer any loss from it.
