Default Forms of Neglect

My 7 year old daughter has come home with a really bad sunburn on her face both times she has visited with her father. I am afraid of it continuing to happen and want to know if sunburn will be considered a form of neglect in a Texas court? Her face gets scabs on it because it blisters and then she scrathes it - I'm afraid eventually if it continues that she'll have problems with her face including cancer issues....anything I can do???

Thank you

You can take pictures and go to your lawyer, but cps will not do anything. You could ask the court to limit his visitiation.

At least talk to dad about it.

if it is really severe you could show cps--that alone may cause dad to pay more attention.

I've talked with Dad both times - and I've started taking pictures. So I guess I'll keep up with that and see what happens. Thanks for the advice, much appreciated.
