spousal support
I am trying to find out if my fiance's soon to be exwife has a chance of getting spousal support. She is 38 years old. She is physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy. She has a college degree in computer technology, and their children are 8 and 9 years old. She is capable of working just to lazy to get a job. Now she claims she is going to get spousal support and child support to leave him broke to where he can support himself, our 3 month old son and me. I need to know how good of a chance she has for spousal support. Can anyone help me to find the answer to my question? She is a vindictive, manupulitive, and vengeful woman. Please someone help me.

It is possible yes but usually only for so long as it would take for her to get back in the work world. Or she would have to show why working is not possible any longer.
