Mom and Dad need help!!!!

My husband and I are in a bind. We have a precocious 18 year old daughter, who is a senior in high school. She is adement about moving out and living on her own. She has a fulltime job and is fairly responsible. What kind of rights do we as parents have, in the situation. She has been in some trouble in the past, not with the law but, she has been pregnant at age 17, and sometimes she is a bit naive about things. She did terminate the pregnancy, we all felt this was in her best interest. She is a fairly good student and very good employee. My husband and I, don't feel she is ready to live on her own because she needs her main focus needs to be on school right now. She doesn't need to be so fast to grow up, and have adult responsibilities. If someone could tell us of our rights it would be greatly appreciated.

Check with your local social services and police dept but often you can require her to stay until she finishes school. If that rule does not apply where you live then she can move out and you simply have to do your best to stay in her life and help out etc.--if possible.
