my spouse left the U.S and went back to Mexico without my knowledge and without using his immigration papers. he left our business that was established under his wish abandon and also me and my son. What legal action can i take to have him return and solve all matters in person in the U.S. I don't want anything solve from Mexico,I dont live in Mexico and all legal issues are here in the U.S. Also he never mentioned he wants to divorce. I am an American citizen and he is a permanent resident due to our marriage, He recieved greencard in 2000 and we been married 9 years. He also has a drinking problem and last year crashed our car due to his drinking, again i want to resolve all this matter in the United States with him here.

You can file a legal action either there or in the USA...or threaten to do so anyway.
A divorce ation also will require that all the finances be addressed and resolved. World Law's lawyers could also probably help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page. |
