Default Parent move out of state against the other parents wishes

Can one parent move out of the state with the children that both parents reside against the other parents wishes. We are still married and not legally seperated.

Default re: Parent move out of state against the other parents wishes

Such could be considered spousal abandonment and interference with parental rights, at the least, if not parental kidnapping. The exception would be if the move was made due to domestic violence.

My advice would be to get a decree of legal separation or file for divorce, get a custody/visitation/child support order first.

Without more information this is as far as we can go with our reply.
