Options for home ownership transfer and SS

I want to offer the transfer of my share of all equity and ownership of my home to my wife both as part (or all) of my spousal support responsibility and as a means for her to remain there with our children without creating the need for her to move. My question is this....she currently does not earn an adequate salary to afford the mortgage payments. What if anything are potential options that we can explore relative to mortgage re-finance, etc. that could potentially supplement my child support payments in order that she might better afford to take on these payments. I understand that I am leaving out a great deal of the specifics (i.e our salaries, debt, etc.) but I am looking for some high level advice. Thanks

There are many options but at our firm we normally recommend you have a brief meeting with a reputable financial planner first--then all options including trusts, gifts etc. can be carefully reviewed by you depending on your individual circumstances--options do vary widely depending on the details in this area of planning.
