Confused tornbetween

My father passed away in 98 has property in TX. Older brother took charge and then took everything else but the property.Sister and I took care and paid taxes on it until she passed away and now im paying for them by myself. Have another brother that dont help or pay. I need to know what my rights are with the property its is still in our fathers name because he had a will but they said it was void because it was not in his writting and witness signed it and they were getting things in it. He got cancer and went down hill really fast. We didnt have time so i wrote it out and everyone signed it that was there.I need to know how i get the property in my name or what should i do with it. I have been told i have MS so i need to take care of this stuff and why should i keep paying and not get anything out of it. I live in CA and this is in Groveton,TX. Please let me know who to contact or what i should do thanks alot for any help.

You may need to get the local probate court to pass the ownership based on law--if no will was applicable. Call the probate court where the property is located. They will have forms and will guide you.

World Law can help if need be. Email them on the home page if you need direct assistance.
