Can parents kick thier 18 yr. old child out of their house while he/she has a child of thier own under 7 months old.

I wish to inform you that if parents want they may evict their 18 year child in Texas. In this regard, the parents will first have to start eviction process by giving notice and then going to court and have court order regarding eviction. In this, the parents cannot themselves evict their child but will have to take court order and after court has passed eviction order then 18 year old child may be asked to vacate the house along with the under 7 month baby. However, the 18 year old child can present house ownership or any claim which may entitle 18 year old child to live in house before the court.

Yes. Once you turned 18, you became a legal adult. You are no longer under their legal custody. They can evict you if they want to - child or not.

It doesn't matter whether you have a child or not. That was your choice to make. Not theirs. They have no obligation to continue to support you and they certainly have no obligation to support offspring you irresponsibly bring into the world.
